Gentle chair yoga specifically for the needs of older people
Senior yoga with a yoga chair offers safety and support for all levels. The exercises are designed to help even less mobile participants participate safely and effectively.

Yoga during pregnancy is a gift! Correct alignment is even more important now, as the body undergoes significant changes during pregnancy. (Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy)

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation technique, also known as "yogic sleep." It allows practitioners to enter a state of relaxation while remaining alert.

Pranayama - Breath work - Atem
